What number were you wearing?
Doesn't he have Boise St. FB season tickets and donate to their scholarship fund to have them?

I admitted in another thread that I did watch the closing moments of this game simply because it was the best thing on TV after midnight in the East. Unbelievable playcalling by Peterson and Zabransky showed great poise after it looked like he threw the game away. I'm excited for Boise State and feel bad for them at the same time...they were another victim at the hands of this hideous travesty of a system. There are greater crimes against humanity going on around the world and to get bent out of shape over football is silly when you think about it but in this sense, there is nothing anyone can tell me that what we witnessed last night was both thrilling and repulsive at the same time.

88,
1. Oilers - Bills (1992 Frank Reich Game)
2. Titans - Bills (Music City Miracle)
3. Titans - Rams (ensuing Super Bowl - Goal Line Stop)
Those are my homer picks as I'm an Oilers/Titans Fan, but I can't think of another NFL game that was as exciting as those 3 you picked. In CFB, you have games like this MUCH more often.

1. Boise State vs. Oklahoma 2007
2. Texas vs. USC 2006
3. Ohio State vs. Miami, FL 2003
I'll find you 3 in the last
week that were more exciting (at least to me) because they had this thing called "playoffs" at stake in each one of them.

Boise State-Oklahoma could've been one for the ages if the game had value attached to it. Still was a wild ending but since the winner wasn't moving on to play another team in the next round, it leaves you with kind of an empty feeling after it's all done.

Yep, with last year's Rose a close second.
Me no rikee that game so much.
But, there is no doubt that it was a great game. At the risk of sounding like mstool, the main difference between those two games, other than the fact that the '06 Rose Bowl was for a BCS title, is that the Rose featured an individual performance for the ages, while the Fiesta was a game determined by play calling and team execution. Of course, it also had the David v. Goliath angle that was missing from USC/Texas.
I really thought BSU deserved to lose the game after OU had burned its last TO, and BSU seemed content to let its defense, and the clock, win the game. They had the ball near midfield, second and about eight or ten, with about 3.5 minutes left, and ran a QB keeper for no gain on second down, and a handoff for a couple yards on third, followed by a punt. I thought they shoulda stepped on OU's throat by trying for a fresh set of downs. After they punted, I knew the Sooners would score a TD. Then, after OU ran back the INT for a TD, I, like most viewers, thought it was game over. Little did I know that the
real game had just started

Congrats to Boise State, I am in the middle of moving, not online as of now. Just wanted to give the Broncos their props.
