Probably does not really get Todd popping wood. No bondage, no current bruise marks, she still could wake up and resist.

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police arrested a man they said on several occasions masturbated while riding on TriMet buses and ejaculated on female victims.
On Monday, a female victim told transit officers she was riding the bus downtown when a man behind her ejaculated on the back of her head. Officers took statements from the victim and witnesses, plus were able to collect DNA evidence, according to Sgt. Pete Simpson.
The officers used witness accounts and surveillance videos to identify the suspect as Jared Weston Walter, Simpson said.
Investigators said Walter was involved in similar incidents during the previous three weeks in Portland and Clackamas County. In those first two cases, police said the victims were not sure what had happened and did not at first grasp the seriousness of the offense.
Police recognized Walter from a 2009 arrest. In that case, he was accused of cutting the hair of women riding the bus and putting superglue on their heads.
Court records show that Walter was only convicted of tampering with a witness in that case. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison and two years of post-prison supervision.
Simpson said Walter had just recently been paroled.
After taking the original report, transit officers worked with several other police agencies and TriMet to track down Walter. He was arrested later the same day while attempting to get on a bus downtown, Simpson said.
He faces new charges of sex abuse, interfering with public transportation, harassment, disorderly conduct and public indecency. Walter was taken to the Multnomah County Jail.
"A guy like this, performing this kind of act in public, probably isn't going to pay attention to a bus exclusion," said Simpson. "But we do want to gather as much information as we can on these cases. Hopefully we can put a stop to his behavior through a number of criminal charges."
Police think they may be additional victims who have not yet stepped forward. They’re releasing photos of Walter in case any additional victims recognize him.
If you were a victim or witnessed a similar incident, you’re asked to call Officer West Helfrich at (503) 545-3860 or email west.helfrich@portlandoregon.gov.
Walter’s past
Walter’s mother told KATU in 2010 that her son was a problem to raise and often under a doctor’s care for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
He is originally from Houston, and his criminal record or accusations span three states.
In Washington, he was convicted of putting superglue in a woman’s hair at a hardware store near Tacoma.
But it gets better... there's a pic:
Don't know whether to crack up, or just say "EWWWWWWWW!"

He probably just thought he was in Tokyo. Jet lag, you know how it is. An honest mistake.

As long as the topic is the Dodgers and the game at hand, and not other things, Vin can handle it pretty well for a 84 year old dude.
hmm, guess I'll post this here.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Longtime Kansas City Royals broadcaster Fred White died Wednesday of complications from cancer. He was 76.
The Royals were informed of White's passing by his son, Joe. White died in hospice one day after the team announced his retirement after 40 years working for the organization.
White was the sports anchor for Topeka's WIBW-TV and broadcast Kansas State athletics before joining the Royals in 1973. He worked with Denny Matthews as their primary broadcaster through the 2008 season, when the team was well into its lengthy decline.
Over those 25 years, though, White helped call six division championships, an American League pennant in 1980 and the Royals' only World Series championship in 1985.
sad day for Royals fans across 9 states who grew up listening to this guy on the radio.

The bears who like to get high: Russian animals are so addicted to aviation fuel they sniff it until they pass out
These brown bears are keen to play with discarded barrels - because they have developed a nose for aviation fuel.
The creatures sniff kerosene and gasoline from containers left in the Kronotsky Nature Reserve in the far east of Russia.
They take deep breaths for minutes at a time before digging a shallow hole and lying in a 'nirvana' position.

I'll bet after he got high he entered a bicycle race and ate a monkey. Bears know how to have a good time.

Witnessed something similar on a trip to Columbia a buncha years back. Thought the passenger in the Accord in front of me had dropped a cassette or a cigarette or something - but when her head didn't come up after a couple of miles, I thought maybe something might just be up.
It was.
The driver had her left knee propped against the window to give her pal easy access, and was driving down the road with her eyes half-shut. Natch, I was bird-dogging the activity from the passing lane - and this went on for miles. Couldn't really see much other than a big head-o-hair happily dining between the driver's legs, and the driver's enraptured smile. But when they finally looked over, I gave the girls a warm golf clap as we both exited Stadium Drive.

A football fan fell from an elevated pedestrian walkway and died at San Francisco's
Candlestick Park during the 49ers-Green Bay Packers game. San Francisco police
spokesman Gordon Shyy (SHY) says multiple people witnessed the man's fall onto
a sidewalk from the Jamestown walkway, which goes around Candlestick. According
to police, witnesses say the man appeared intoxicated when he fell just after
kickoff at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the 49ers' 34-28 win over the Packers.
He died doing what he loved.

I'd say that's the appeal of the NFL for two thirds of males between 18 and 45 who attend games, it's one of the few venues where society not only openly tolerates and accepts, but encourages, binge drinking and violent behavior.

times you're capable of taking the life of a fellow human being.
