34 altered entries in log books should, and with anyone else, would have been one felony. But keep the disingenuous bull crap up if it makes y’all feel superior.

34 edits in paying his lawyer back for trying to keep a whore quiet. Illegal, yes it is. Worthy of calling him a felon 34 times over, not.

CNN Senior Legal Analyst Describes How The Trump Conviction Was A Political Hit J

1. "The judge donated money... in plain violation of a rule prohibiting New York judges from making political donations—to a pro-Biden, anti-Trump political operation."

2. Alvin Bragg boasted on the campaign trail in an overwhelmingly Democrat county, “It is a fact that I have sued Trump over 100 times.”

3. "Most importantly, the DA’s charges against Trump push the outer boundaries of the law and due process."

4. "The charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor — in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere — has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. Ever."

5. The DA inflated misdemeanors past the statute of limitations and "electroshocked them back to life" by alleging the falsification of business records was committed 'with intent to commit another crime.'

6. "Inexcusably, the DA refused to specify what those unlawful means actually were — and the judge declined to force them to pony up — until right before closing arguments. So much for the constitutional obligation to provide notice to the defendant of the accusations against him in advance of trial."

7. "In these key respects, the charges against Trump aren’t just unusual. They’re bespoke, seemingly crafted individually for the former president and nobody else."

8. "The Manhattan DA’s employees reportedly have called this the “Zombie Case” because of various legal infirmities, including its bizarre charging mechanism. But it’s better characterized as the Frankenstein Case, cobbled together with ill-fitting parts into an ugly, awkward, but more-or-less functioning contraption that just might ultimately turn on its creator."

Don't even.

Don't even bring up judicial impropriety when you say nothing at all about Clarence Thomas & Samuel Alito accepting millions in gifts, and especially when those donors have business before the court.

Do any of you use Tik Tok?

Tik Tok was supposed to be *BANNED* in the USA starting today.
My understanding is that service was suspended for many users.

But now... Dump to the rescue!

Says he will sign an executive order on his first day in office to have the ban stayed for 90 days so that Tik Tok could find a buyer for their company.

And I believe that right now, Tik Tok is restored for those who "briefly" experienced outage.

However...

It was not immediately clear how Trump’s promised action would fare from a legal standpoint since the U.S.
Supreme Court unanimously upheld the ban on Friday and the statute came into force the day before
Trump’s return to the White House.

The 'Doomsday Clock' just moved closer to midnight.

Humanity is closer to destroying itself, according to atomic scientists who revealed on Tuesday that the famous “Doomsday Clock” was set to 89 seconds to midnight — the closest it has ever been.

89 seconds to doom.

89 seconds = 1 minute and 29 seconds.

That's their code for 1/29.

The small plane was actually a passenger jet carrying approx. 60 pax. It collided with a UH-60 helicopter (Blackhawk).

I blame Kamala Harris and Barack Obama. If they had gotten off their black asses and fundraised a little harder they could have paid more celebrities to twerk on stage and we wouldn't be in this mess.

Hi.

How do you think my first couple of weeks are going? What do you think of my Fox TV host taking over the military? Pete Hegsdeath.

I just want to clear somethings up. Those people on the plane were illegal aliens trying to escape Kansas and looking for sanctuary in Chocolate City. The helicopter was a friendly fire accident and these things happen. Those were good Christians on that helicopter and they will be getting their 72 virgins anytime now. I think they might have even got them by now. I think they got the best 72 virgins the world has ever seen from what I've heard.

I have no idea why my McDonalds Happy Meal isn't here this morning. Someone said they had no one to make them anymore. I'm going to find out and get them back to work by the end of the day. I love Happy Meals.

So we can look forward to four years of HPG blaming Democrats (especially the Blacks) for any and all failures during Dump’s administration. Don’t forget to wipe the orange cum off your chins before you go out in public.
