I have a stat I'd like to bring up.
The Carolina Panthers 4-2.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers 5-1
Denver Broncos 5-1.
What do these teams have in common?
They are coached by former Raider coaches. What else do they have in common? Winning records and with the exception of John Fox,Super Bowl wins. However Fox did take the Panthers to the Super Bowl his second year with a team he built,AND hung tough with the Patriots.
Anyone know what I'm getting at?

Gee, I can't imagine.
Perhaps you're just passing time 'til you come in and offer your NEXT Raider over
whoever they are playing this week prediction.....?
Shanarat was 8-12 as young Raider top man. He lost the team, he had to go. Shell entered and turned that team around. Selective memory....? Rat matured LATER and became a good NFL coach. As a rookie head coach with Oakland, he just wasn't getting it done, period.
Gruden was GONZO. Al made a trade and got what he could for him.....which was quite frankly a LOT. Picks haven't panned out like he would have liked, but the trade made sense. Yuc fan is silent about their dislike for Gruden, but they were sure yappin' a lot over the off-season and at the start of this season about what a fuck Gruden is. Wonderboy is an ungrateful pile of fucking SHIT, and it's a matter of time 'til he wears out his welcome in Tampa. The Sucs won't win dick this year either.
John Fox was once on the Raider staff......big wow. Brian Billick won the Super Bowl (and was the genius of the moment a few years back), and he was once on the Viking staff. Dayum, the Vikes were idiots, right...? WTF was Cleveland thinking when it shitcanned the greatest coach of our generation, Bill Belichick....? Stupid fuckers.
And on and on........
Go interview John Madden or Tom Flores (master coaches who got it DONE in Oakland) and ask them what they think of Al Davis.
Ask them if they respect him.
Perspective.

Bill Parcells respects Al Davis. But he'd never work for him. Just sayin.
