of mine was in the vietnam war. Got injured pretty badly when a RPG blew up on the boat he was on. Lost his hearing in one ear, sight in one eye, has a prothetic knee and has had 20 operations on his shoulder, plus shrapnel embedded all over. He was denied benefits because he was only "23%" incapacitated. Had he been 25% he would have qualified.
He tried to fight it, but lost.
I hope his "honor" helps pay the medical bills.

Well they did pay for that, but he gets no disabled veteran benefits because he's not disabled enough.
