don't know yet.....the Ain'ts have played all of three games two of which came against bottom feeders.......

he's been serviceable to date, yet the potential for him to flame out is still there........

for their next three games, they'll face Carolina, Tampa Bay, and Philly......I'll let you know in three weeks.......

Ok, he's been 'serviceable' to this point, Felix.
Has he not been the best of the 4 guys orc put up for discussion here ... ?

He has.

Which one of the guys (Brooks, 'Pepper, McNair) is going to be better over the course of the entire season ... ?
Any of 'em .. ?

McNair maybe ... ?

I haven't seen any games of the Saints yet , but at least Brees has Bush , and from what I've read up on and neard lately from the past 3 games , is that defenses are having to pay attention to Bush , so that helps Brees , as well as having McCallister . Too bad he lost Stallworth to the Iggles .

McNair : I dunno he if will be healthy all season long , even though he is a tough QB . He hasn't been very accurate , and there are a lot of balls thrown at the WR's feet from what I've seen . But , if the offenses can keep up at least 2 scores ahead of the opposition , then they could at least leave it up to the defense .

Culpepper : I haven't seen much of the Phins , but he needs a stout running game to keep him from having to carry the offense . They're near the bottom of the rankings on offense , and I don't think they're gonna make much noise there .

Brooks will be benched , or worse , injured for the rest of the season .

sure......lot's of them.....

Plummer is 4-1 and I sure wouldn't call him the second coming of Elway......

but I'll give you the fact that Brees is having a pretty good year so far.......

did you miss this......

maybe I should have laced it with trevesque superlatives and that'd make you feel better.....

damn you're a fuckin idiot.......

No. I see that you clearly imply that there is another shoe about to drop.
so you want me to give Brees kudos on the great year he's had as we sit 6 games into the season........

ever seen a QB with a great first part of the season only to turn to a steaming pile of dog shit later on? I've seen it so many times I can't remember them all.......

like I said, he's had a good year so far......
But I'm sure you'll let us know for real in another three weeks, right?
again, I can't offer a pronouncement on his "year" until the "year" is over....that's why it's called a "year"......but if after 6 games you want to say he had a great year......well, whatever floats your boat hoss......

fuck it dude, if you want to call him Johnny Unitas reincarnate....

have at it......

hope this makes you feel better.......

there's lots of time left in the season trev...........

but I've got a couple questions.......

1. of those five victories, how many were won on the Saints last drive when they had to come from behind........

2. if the Saints were to lose the next five in a row, would he still be having a great year, or would it be something else.......

sorry, I can't say he's had a good year until the year is over.......

No, you're just not...

Let's just talk about it again in another 3 weeks, sweetie.
That way we can assess Plummer's QB rating at that time also.

Why? He'll just backpedal again make excuses.

So you're OK with Philip now?
Philip had my blessing and approval at the completion of Week 1.
You were right, he was groomed and ready to go.

you want to talk about Brees or Plummer......

Plummer's putting the suck in suckitude right now........there, that pretty much ends that conversation.......

here trev, if it will make you and mvs feel better I'll go ahead and say that Brees is the best QB in the NFL.......he's having a probowl year.....

and let me be the first to congratulate Brees on the great games he's going to have against the Ravens, the Buccaneers, and the Steelers.....

hope that helps......

Facts:

Drew Brees has a QB rating of 92.2.
Dungver and it's rodent coach, saddled to Jake Fagger, is going down in flames.
Of the 300 million Americans, Felix is the only one currently sporting a plunger out his asshole.

Felix, you are floundering, my child.

And just a reminder, you brought Plummer into this.

plummer sucks and I don't know how many ways I can say that.......

and I'm not exactly sure how many ways I can say I was wrong about Brees......

but here, let me spell it out for you

I WAS WRONG ABOUT BREES

now get on with your life.......

(keyrist this is the most inane discussion I've ever seen)

tart-apparently you can't read, because I've said Plummer sucks like 18 times in this thread.....

but just so you don't miss it

PLUMMER SUCKS

McNair's not putting up gaudy numbers.
Never really has.
But he's helped the Ravens to a 9-2 record.

Great call by Payton at the end of the game on that long pass to Henderson. Copper played good as well. Saints keep pulling receivers out of their ass all year. Nice win. As a former resident ('sup reconstruction of Coast?) of the area, I know how much it means to Saint fan to beat the hated Hawks..errr.Falcons.
