Nah, but I have a picture of Freddie Patek crying at Buck O'Neil's funeral yesterday.

I also have a picture of George Brett taking Goose Gossage deep.

I don't know which one is better.

Laugh all you want, War Wagon, but at least the team I root for still actually plays at the major league level.

The Royals ought to be contracted, along with the Dodgers for their "fans'" habit of leaving in the 6th inning.

BY FAR the most eggregious, lamest, most flagrant example of bandwagoning you'll ever see.
Nah, more like bugging the shit out of folks who "root" for what is, by far, the most dominant team in ... holy shit ... hold on here ... a league in which there's no salary cap, no revenue sharing and, for all practical purposes, no commissioner. Imagine that!

Simply shocking that a team in the largest market would be in "the hunt," year after year, under those circumstances.

Sincerely,

Can't ... stop ... laughing ...

What was it that mgo was saying ... oh yeah ...
It's certainly not all about money.
Get over it, Yankee Fan, you LOST.

Btw, I ask again: How "meaningful" can a championship possibly be, when your team's starting fucking ROTATION has a higher payroll than other teams in the "league?"

Losing, on the other hand ...

Pure gold.
