We do 150 ft a day in Masonry after set up
A qualified group can accomplish 300 ft a day easily in steel

I'm with jack. Annex the whole fukking lot all the way down to that moat we already dug a few years back. It would be kinda messy for a while, but so long as corruption runs rampant there, it won't get any better. Not saying we don't have our fair share of corruption, but, atleast we have some handle on it.

I mean sure...there's some environmental issues to work out, ie. we don't want the guns to be wasting all the valuable wildlife, and lead bullets might be out, so as to not contaminate the watershed with millions of pounds of lead....but we're Americans, and we can work this stuff out.

It's unfeasible in terms of cost and logistics, and even if it were, it wouldn't solve the problem.
