That sounds like a great day man. I just had my typical Sunday, got high, got drunk, watched some college basketball and then slapped the old lady around because she wouldn't give it up due to my intoxicated state.Dan Vogel wrote:Thank you for the welcomes. I was just bouncing around the internet and came across this board, Mister Bushice. Like I said, it seems to offer a wide array of interests.
The wife is reading a book and the kids are safely tucked away so I have a short bit of freedom time to surf. I wanted to check back to this board. We had a nice Sunday. Church this morning. Unitarian Church. Then brunch with some friends at a great Buffet. I think I'll need a larger belt after today. It's always something. Then I took the family to the Museum of Science and Industry.
The wife and I bumped around the museum for a couple of hours. The children sat quietly on the bench for us, for the most part. Susan was great, but Tony started to be a bit of a pill. After an attitude adjustment he sat there well for the rest of the time. You can't let the kids run things or it will never end. I guess there are many schools of thought on that. I think they are learning. Sunday is the day for my wife and I. I work hard and provide a lot for the kids. They have to understand and learn that.
We drove by the river on the way home. It was a little chilly, but I parked the car and set up the tripod to get a few shots there. The family was good about waiting, and it wasn't really all that cold in the car. After that the kids and wife cleaned up at home and are now in for a good night's sleep.
If I have time I might look around your other forums tomorrow at work. Maybe. Just depends on my load.
Thanks again.
Had me some crabmeat quesodeeyas there once. Money.warren wrote: maybe to Chili's for some fine dining.

Quite a few, actually. And if they weren't present, they'd have just used it anyway. Don't you think you're being a little hard on The Beaver, Dan?Dan Vogel wrote: I was tired, but my meeting with Tony's teacher was not that bad. She got after me a little bit about some things he's said. We'll work things through as a family.
there's an RtS reset in there somewhere.....Dan Vogel wrote: I'm not really on my game this morning. I didn't sleep worth a hoot last night and finally just got up.
