Damn, State is hangin' in there right now. If they can stay out of foul trouble they might have a chance. Neitzel is hot from the 3-point line right now.

Not gonna happen, UNC way too much depth. Props to Izzo though. Hell of a coaching job in this one. I really thought it would get ugly a lot earlier. Raymar Morgan is gonna be a stud for them in the coming seasons.

UCLA played good D on that inbounds pass. Should be a real nice matchup with Pitt.

Arguably the best game of the tourney so far, even without OT.
As to Xav-tOSU ...
FUCK.
Xavier had the damn game won. Props to tOSU player for hitting that amazing 3 to put it into OT, but damn .. how the hell can they let the lead slip away like that.
P.S. Oden is a fucking chickenshit thug. He'll have a great career in the NBA.

Why? Does he get paid more than those two?

Will haunt Xavier player til his dying days....
Xavier got hosed that there was no intentional foul called on Oden.
I dont agree. You dont make that call in that situation. Xavier had their chance to ice it and they blew it. They have no one to blame but themselves.

ok but Lighty gets leveled trying to put back a miss and no call right before Oden fouls the other dude...that was a physical game...and good no call...
but XU did have their chances and I feel bad for the kid...this might propel tOSU...

the coach should have fouled. Period. You win. You beat the coach that left. Xavier had OSU BEAT. They lost it themselves. Lewis made a great basket. Oden INTENTIONALLY fouled. By rule, it should be 2 and the ball. Watch the replay.

Not trying to add anymore fuel to the fire...but simply heard/saw Sean Miller at a press conference and I believe he even stated that his player was kind of carrying out of bounds so it looked worse??? Again if the opposing coach isn't going apeshit then perhaps on the floor in a blink of an eye with two refs right on top of it they thought it wasn't intentional...again I am not a ref and hey tOSU got the win and perhaps people will put this as a blown call...fact of the matter is Lighty was fouled hard on the attempted put back and should have been two shots...no call...Oden did commit a foul...dude missed one shot...tOSU didn't have Oden for OT and they took it to XU...perhaps they should play more without Oden...(just kidding)...
tough spot...again i feel bad for the XU kid...but you survive and advance...
Rex by the way I might be softening a bit on Horford and Noah...I had heard before they even bothered to celebrate yesterday they sought out Carl Landry and gave him a hug and showed some respect...not saying I love those two but classy display there...very classy...

XU should have fouled BEFORE the 3 pointer and made them make one and miss one and try for the putback. You need luck to win this thing and you definitely used one. With only a chance at 2 free throws OSU would have needed a miracle.

i agree on the fouling...conley got that ball down court in a hurry...Lewis man...what a shot and you are correct you need luck, talent, skill, coaching, etc...perhaps tOSU got away with one with the way the foul was called...but you know what I'll take it and move on...
now I am sure here locally the radio hack will be sure to blast tOSU big time...
