BTW, if anyone wants to see more or less of certain questions, I'll take requests. For instance, MGO bitched about their not being any College Football or Baseball questions and I included several just for him. Of course he then pulls a no show this week. -2 points for that manueuver.

Damn, a HumpedAGay Challenge where I can rattle off almost every answer, and everyone beats me to it. The price you pay for having mountains, I guess.

You need this amendment:
For the answer to be considered correct, the poster must copy and paste the original question into his/her post. Having just the answer means having to scroll alllll the way back up to see the question, and that is seriously cramping my style.
Oh, and more Adolf Hitler trivia...

Oh, that's right... I forgot this was OCMike's deal.
So, Mike -- did Krenzel transfer to Oregon for that one year and have his name legally changed to Joey Harrington?
BTW -- you might also wanna send an E-Mail to the Official Website of the Fiesta Bowl and tell them what's up -- they seem confused about it too.
Let me guess -- Maurice Clarett left high school early and temporarily changed his name to Maurice Morris, too?

Yeah, there's a couplefew people on this board that take that college football stuff pretty seriously, and you ain't getting away with rewriting history from 1912, much less this century.
What always kills me about HumpedAGay Challenge, is that even when OC gets taken to the mat for inaccuracies, he refuses to expend the 5 seconds it takes to do a websearch... hell, you don't even need to follow the links, there's enough info just on the search page to confirm or deny.
But not OCMike... he likes to entertain, I guess. Good for a chuckle, at least.

HumpedAGay? What happened, did a 13 y/o commandeer your computer?
When "Harrington" was posted as an answer, I *did* do a quick search on google. Doing so reveals that the VERY FIRST LINK says that the 2002 Fiesta bowl was played between Ohio State and Miami. As it turns out, that’s not correct, as they were referring to the games played following the 2002 season, but it’s also the link that I based the question on, so I assumed (it being SI and all) to be correct. It's not. Sucks to be me.
See, unlike you Spamsdale, when I make a mistake, I don't go off on 20-post tangents or try to spin my way out of it and eventually eject in embarrassment, I just admit that I made a mistake (even when they aren't mine) and move on.
And anyway, I thought I was on your "scroll wheel" list...

Dude... HE PROVIDED A FUCKING LINK, and you still stuck to your guns.
THAT counts as "admitting (you) made a mistake"?
You have to get called out for it
several times, and after getting clowned on it and making excuses, you THEN admit your mistake, and this somehow makes you a solid, solid jungle guy?
You DID NOT just type that, did you? Wait, you did -- but I'll go dollars for doughnuts it wasn't with a straight face.

Those are the final standings for the 2002 season, but the Fiesta Bowl for that year was played in Jan 2003. The buzzing fly has sniffed yet another turd, and is correct, IMO anyway. The NFL has the same issue with the SuperBowls. Was the 1985 Superbowl won by the '85 Bears? The game was played in 1986, so which is it?

You mean you don't scream "LINK?" instead of "OBJECTION!" and the basis for said objection and what-not? That is... riveting.

The 21st century is the present century of the Anno Domini (common) era, in accordance with the Gregorian calendar. It began on January 1, 2001 and will end December 31, 2100. A common misconception is that it started in 2000 and will end in 2099, but due to the fact that there was no year zero, 2000 is part of the 20th century despite all the millenium countdown clocks and millenium parties which celebrated a year early.

A bald-faced lie that was disproven in one post?
It wasn't accurate, it wasn't well written, and it wasn't even the slightest bit humorous.
THAT'S why these boards have "gone to shit" in the eyes of many(if not most) -- people don't read posts, they read the posters.

Absolutely. I only post a couple of times a day here, whereas you basically live here.
With one condition... Neither of us can post in the deathmatch thread prior to 6:30PM CST(about the time I get home from work). I can barely get away with spending as much time as I do on Wednesdays on the HDC because of the gestapo here. There's no way I can put in the time during the day.

See, but any board where the masses don't speak out against the Tard Posse is in its death throes anyway. Take down this site tomorrow, and I couldn't care less. If it's up, I'll use it as a venue to remind people what idiot homosexuals they are. If its not up, I'll probably forget the URL within a few days.

I'm going to live the good life here shortly, then I think I'm gone for a while after that. Depending on a couple of factors, it may well turn out to be a case of those fish not catching themselves. If things fall through like I suspect, you'll excuse me if I'd rather slaughter innocent salmonids than point out the obvious -- that you're stupid and gay.
