Goobs... how dare you?

SEC losses to other conferences don't count... EVER. SEC OOC wins count double, of course.

One can only assume this is because the SEC, as a general rule, is fairly miserable when it comes to mathmatics. This becomes quite evident when you look at their schedules.

Homer it out Harv. Have you watched any college football this seaon yet?

This is why I don't like the polling in general and pray for a playoff so that asshats with bias don't screw it up for the rest of us....

I gotta ask....playing devil's advocate....that because the SEC went 1-2 vs the Big 10 that the big ten is better????? The Big 10's top two teams were aboslutely destroyed.....literally.

Well, that would be using some retarded logic, wouldn't it?

Kind of like declaring superiority over a conference because you went 1-2 against them.

Jeezus Goobs, didn't you know? Arkansas was like the 7th best team in the SEC last year.

Maybe I'm reading too much into that, but it sounds like an excuse.

Is that why they played Florida for the SEC title?

PSST!

Hey SCS... it was a play on the beatings SECBSH takes every time they open their mouth/keyboard... you know, that "humor" thing?

You just couldn't let it be, could you? Yes. I have watched OU destroy the powerhouse called North Texas who is 0-2 after losing to SM fucking U by 14. I also saw you destroy Utah St. who is 0-3 after losing to OU, UNLV and that regional champ from Wyoming. So OU beat a sorry Miami team....big deal. They suck. They beat A & M and they suck worse.

We have at least beat a ranked team. So since the voters are impressed with the way OU runs it up and the deaf children of the poor, I can have my own opinion and color me unimpressed. The best thing about OU is they are getting really cocky. It will be fun to watch them play team that has their speed and athletes. Good luck against Tulsa....I am sure you will need it...

Just don't expect SEC Honk to make excuses why they don't understand the meaning of everyday words.

This is too funny.

It seems like there are 8-9 OTHER teams involved in each conference.....nevermind.

I am laughing on this side though.

Merely a missed keystroke. What... am I going to proofread for an audience of SEC fans? That's like tuning a guitar before playing for an arena full of deaf people... thoroughly unnecessary.

And, yes, Arkansas was maybe the 4th or 5th best SEC team last year.

Sounds like you're making excuses for the SEC's poor showing, but I'm sure I just misread that.

The pro/con SEC bitchfest is quite amusing, but since we're now talking about bowl season, if anyone wants to cut to the chase . . .

http://www.cfbdatawarehouse.com/data/bo ... ?year=2006

Fwiw, the SEC was 6-3 in bowl games last season.

Now, c'mon Sam... let's be real.

PAC10 Country is known for its beautiful varied landscapes, rich and diverse agriculture, and innumerable recreational opportunities.

SEC country is known for cotton-picking, banjo-plucking, and a rather disturbing aversion to seeking out those of similar DNA for mating purposes.

But let's put those obvious things aside for a moment, and look at our own microcosm, shall we?

The SEC has T Rex. Every other conference doesn't. BODE be unto them.

Harv, Texass has struggled in EVERY game this season so far. Loved the way you could barely move the ball on that Sun Belt powerhouse Arkansas State. Yeah TCU deserved to be ranked and proved it against the Flying service academy with the way they destroyed them the following Saturday huh :meds: . Thank God that powerhouse from Orlando, Florida, who is obviously one of the top tw.. thr... fou... errrr five best teams in the state of Florida, choked away that ball game for ya last week. If not for the fact that so many teams have been disappointing this season Texass wouldn't even be in my top 20 much less top 12.

Oh and BTW both Miami and Tulsa would beat anybody Texass has played out of conference this season and Oklahoma handled both easily while Texass has had to rely on other teams choking to escape with Ws against absolutly abominable oppenents.

I suppose when your conception was a result of Pa being too liquored up to discerne the difference between his female cousins and his usual "go to" squeeze, the goat/lawnmower," it's no big suprise that you're really that gullible.

It appears that our efforts to promote the stereotypical view of our lovely region are finally taking hold (at least in your case). We are desperately disseminating propaganda to confuse the yankees and westerners who insist on moving to our area. We want you to think we breed with lower caste animals and our own children. We want you to think our women have less than the standard count of teeth (although that may be an attraction to some in here). We manipulate weather reports to jack the temp and humidity figures to discourage the influx of pasty-white know-it-all northerners. Unfortunately, we can't seem to stem the tide. You nasty folks keep coming down here in droves.

That was a whole bunch of wasted words, my friend. You're preaching to the chior. Before your diatribe, we already knew you were deathly afraid of anything north of the Mason Dixon... a quick look at your "road" schedules is all we needed to understand this.

Superior intellect. Superior dentistry. Superior football.

Don't make me bust out the "superior army" smack, OK?
