PA LCB zaniness

The PA Liquor Control Board has been pilloried of late for hiring a firm to provide staff with "courtesy training" - price? $175,000.

Wait until the mob finds out who got the contract.

Connecticut has an Oakland. Not an organized town or city, just a village, which round these parts usually means it has it's own post office. If it's like most of manchester, it's low-middle class, built in the 50s small capes on small lots. Don't know if they have their own crips or bloods chapter. I kinda doubt it. I am pretty damn sure I'd rather live there than the CA or PA Oaklands though.

It's bad enough this clown took out 3 cops. But now we find out he used the Steelers Super Bowl celebration as cover for his police recon?
After the Pittsburgh Steelers won the Super Bowl, Mr. Poplawski dismissed football as nothing but “negroball.” Then, instead of celebrating the victory, he went out and did reconnaissance on how the police tried to control the crowds and posted his findings.

Niiice. I'm sure a Western PA jury will go real easy on him.

Frankly, I'm amazed at the restraint shown by the army of police that ended up arresting the kid. I don't think I could have stopped myself from killing him. Meanwhile, his mom is wailing about how the police beat her son, and that her house was robbed by police during the standoff...and I'm sure that more reasons to hate them are emerging minute by minute.
