come up with an auto ranking system that leaves the human judging element out of it as much as possible, drop the banning concept and just let the shame of being a bottom feeder be the judge and jury, and it might be interesting to see if it works......positive or negative points for a reset, a pic wytch, etc. tough to work all that out, though.
