Spinning what?

I've simply made the point that with Dorsey's leg injury and the weight he carries, it's logical to wonder if it will be an issue for him in the future.

Seeing as Dorsey was, in the mind of Dins and many others, THE most dominant player in the land last year, why say you, Mr Wagon, did he only go 5th in the draft?

Miami, St. Lou, Atl, Oakland ... all had at least reasonable need at NT, and if this guy is as special as billed, he should have gone #1 or #2 without the blink of an eye, no?

If you think his previous injury isn't in the back of the KC 'braintrust' mind you're quite simply a 'tard.

For the same reason that Aaron Rodgers went 24th and not 1st.

Shitty teams draft like shit!

Look at the Raiders and 49ers.... yeah, the same 49ers that thought it would be a good idea to draft Alex Smith 1st.

Dorsey's gonna be a monster. McFadden's going to be the next Raider bust.

From Tuesday's media session with Lane Kiffin:

Question: Has any one person stood out to you in camp right now?

Coach Kiffin: I think Darren [McFadden] continues to make a play or two every day, a wow play. We just have to continue to push him as far as we can, and we have to find ways to get him the ball.

Out of all the players in camp, Kiffin points to McFadden as THE player who has stood out.

But yeah, I'm pretty sure he's gonna flame any time now.

Why must you continuously insist on proving to us that you know absolutely NOTHING about pro football players?

I have whored myself as a Cowboy fan since 1980, when all I wanted to do as a young boy was to piss off my family. They are all niner fans and there was no better way to piss them off then cheering for the Boys. They got the better end of the stick in the 80's, but boy its been fun for the most part ever since the 90's came into town.

And while this board may be well represented by AFC West fans, the "content" of the AFC West smack has gotten pretty sad over the past couple years. I really thought SD might have something to bring to the table, but now that Norv is your coach, that will all go to hell. The Raiders suck, the Chiefs really suck and the Broncos may end up sucking the biggest cack in the division. But hey, if stroking each others junk gets you through another miserable season, by all means, go for it.

The NFC East has a solid representation here. The numbers don't add up to the AFC West fans, but the content is more solid. I guess thats what happens when you have a division with a defending superbowl champion, another superbowl contender and two playoff contending teams. Lots to be excited about.

Get ready for another year Football fan. Its going to be a hell of a ride.

BTW, I will be attending Cowboys training camp as a VIP member on August 11th. Not sure what that all includes, but I should have some decent pictures.

Rack it. I expect some good pics, DF.

My story is exactly opposite of DF's.

I was born a Cowboy fan into a family of Cowboy fans. Been on the wagon since the early 70's.

Jerry Porter also 'dinged' a leg a week-or-so ago, and the Jags were already a bit light at WR.

the writing is on the wall for THE BROWNS this year...

schedule is BRUTAL.

as a FAN...i'm not sold on Derek Anderson.

he's NOT consistent at ALL....nor, will he ever be consistent.

jamaaaaal lewis.....yeah, you might have another year or 2 to be productive.

Wr's....catch it if U can..and don't drop the easy one's

O-Line.....keep it going

D-Line....shaun rogders has been impressive/aggressive so far

LB's will improve do to better D-line

Secondary??? we'll see about this......they're awfully "young".

i'll go 8-8 for THE BROWNS....too tough of a schedule for that Team.

ONLY 5th?

What, that's chump change?

We should both be so disrespected and yes, you're spinning with that horseshit take.

You fancy yourself an NFL guru too much.

Wagon, again, Dins said, maybe rightly so, that Dorsey was THE most dominant player in CFB last year.

And yet he only went ... 5th.

All four teams that passed on him had reasonable need at NT.

His injury history was very likely a factor in 4 teams passing on him.

Bottom line, as with McFadden, we just have to wait and see how his career develops.

That and it is a matter of time before Fred Taylor falls apart again. Platooning him has helped, but he's the most due guy in the NFL for a major injury.

Can't say I disagree, but he did get blown up by Brian Waters, KC's only legit O-lineman who's shown up for camp lean and mean.

Welcome to the NFL, rook.

To add insult to injury, KC's other first round pick Brandon Albert also got hurt (foot injury) and is unlikely to play or practice again before camp breaks.

Jeebus, but this is not the type of news Chiefs fan wants to be hearing or reading about at this point.

And this was a serious take? lol

Admins, m0ds, ... can we get together and eliminate Paul from this forum?

He simply can not be rehabilitated.

Get him out of here and maybe we can get back some of the solid posters who left here because it just wasn't worth it any more.

Let's do this.

Ummm, unless I did something that goes against forum rules then you really need to SHUT YOUR FUCKING PIEHOLE.

I'll make a deal with you (and everybody else that ankle-bites me at each and EVERY SINGLE opportunity)- stick to football takes, and all will be good. Otherwise, look in the mirror when you wanna BITCH about having "solid posters" in this forum.

You disappoint me, Pops.

But if you quit taunting Paul, that means the rest of Chiefs fans don't get taunted either.

That scenario isn't going to fly.

We enjoy a good taunting.

No.

Of course it could be a long season, but why refrain from all the meriment?

Besides, Without Paul, we'll just have to mock Raiderfan (Not enough Cardinal fans to bother).

Do you really want that??
