Trev,

Take some time away from the glass dick and understand what I am saying. I know the Chargers got screwed on that call. There is no denying that. However, if you want to be a contender in that conference, than your defense can't give up 39 points and expect to win. Maybe 37, but not 39 ( ).

Your defense let you down for 60 minutes of football. That is why you lost the game. This one shouldn't have been close; it shouldn't have come down to Edwards call, but it appears the Chargers are not who we thought they were. Good luck watching Norv destroy what at one point looked like an up and coming ballclub.

Now return to smoking cock and baking brownies.
Nice spin and nothing new. Didn't your boys give up a bunch of points last night? I think we will overcome this. Just the 2nd game and they will correct their mistakes. The hole in our defense is almost as big as your mom's. I'll tell you what. If they don't correct this I will come in here and post a bunch of love for the cowboys. That will kill me, but I will do it if my team doesn't fix their defense. And nothing like a blatant F you from Mike Shanahan and Ed Hoculi to get my boys a little more grown up. Progress.
Awwwww, you get a little cranky because someone didn't address the crap you call a post. Let me help you out darlin.

Yes my Boys gave up a ton of points last night. IF they would have lost that game the blame would have totally been put on the defense. Not the refs blowing the pass intereference call on Henry, not the refs blowing the whistle ending the play on the Jackson touchdown, not any of their fuck ups. That would've been on the defense only.

As for the hole in your defense being bigger than my moms? Probably, but my mom is dead, so I can't say for sure.

So how long do they get a chance to correct this abortion of a defense before you come in here lapping up Nacho's jizz? And what constitutes "correcting" their defense?

Nice that you owned up to being just a tad hypocritical. It'll all come down to W's. Every team makes mistakes. Or should we just crown the Cowboys at this point?

I'm so glad we had this conversation and that you are still speaking to me. Put me on ignore, rather than go the smoking cock or crap post route. It'll cause you less grief.

No shit, you dicksucking tard. If Hackuli makes the right call (like he's paid to do) the game ends right there. No more chances to score.

It's pretty simple to figure out for anyone who isn't a fucking idiot.
And what of the (over)hyped and overpaid Chargers D who allowed 30+ points.. if they had done their job before and after the blown call none of this would matter. Blame the loss on the zebra if it'll make your bruise vag feel better but in the meantime the (overrated)Charger D is still swiss cheese and has failed to hold a lead with under 2 minutes for the 2nd straight week.

0-2

Why don't you answer my questions trev? And talk about ME being hypocritical. I'd love to get some sort of sig/AV bet on the chargers defense correcting themselves.

I've held off commenting on this as I didn't get to see the game live Sunday, and just got to watch it last night on the dvr. What a clusterfuck of a call but like I tell the girls I coach in softball. Bad calls are going to happen, it's the nature of the game. Don't let yourself be in a position to where the bad call is going to change the outcome of the game.
The Chargers defense was absolutely fucking horrible the first half and during that last drive. Fucking giving up 31 points in the first half, they have noboby to blame that loss on than themselves. Pretty much like last weeks game against Carolina. No pass rush, pathetic run defense, poor coverage in the secondary, poor tackling. No matter how strong of an offensive you have if your defense is giving up in the neighborhood of 150 yards on the ground, 300+ through the air and 30+ points you are not going to win very often in this league. The Chargers D has to improve quickly in all facets of their game.
My fellow Charger fans move on, your doing a good job of solidifying your images as being a bunch of whinning pussys. If they could have played the first half like the 2nd the game would not have been close, but they didn't so it's an L.

Can't say the Bronco's D looked much better. I loved watching that bowling ball Tolbert take that slant pass for 60+ yards down the sideline.

Borrowed this from your other post Bri,

Chargers, Team Defense
Int: 1 Sack: 1
Fmbl: 0 Sfty: 0
Blocked FG: 0 EP: 0 Punt: 0
All Points Allowed: 39
Def Points Allowed: 39
Net Yards Allowed: 486
( Pass: 341 Rush: 145 )
Kick Return Yds: 212
Punt Return Yds: 15

That type of defensive effort will typically not get you a win in the NFL.

What I haven't seen addressed much is the fuckup in the first quarter that could effect any team. Why the fuck was the instant replay system down? Not that anyone can certainly say how it would have been reviewed but that shit has to work. Only in Fucking Denver.

DFan, I don't bet on sports because I think it's kinda silly and not smart. But believe me, I will do what I said I would. I don't need anything in return.

ADad, why should we let it go? The week is still young. What else are we going to do all week? By the way, watch the game live next time.

So Boltfan wants the fucking NFL to change it's rules just to soothe your irritated twats? Why not demand that a pass is ruled complete when a Chargers receiver (or defender) catches it on the first bounce?

so what?

fact remains that if the bolts had stopped rubbing their chafed gashes long enough to defend a fucking 2-point conversion, they'd have fucking won the game.

I never said it didn't and I think if you look on the first page of this thread I said something like "Denver got handed the game"

I'll freely admit Hochuli blew the call (not so sure the Champ Bailey call would have been overturned, given the fact it was called a fumble on the field) but the Chargers had their chance to stop Denver not only on the touchdown but on the two point conversion....they just weren't up to the task

Officials also have a job to do on the field and they failed to do it miserably.
I can see you're pretty upset at this dasterdly turn of events

the majority of blots fans are relatively reasonable and realize that mistakes are made...only dud fans can turn things like that into an "everyone's against us" mantra

however, there are a number of Eggoans (some even in this thread) that are proximate to that level of self-pity/loathing

me, for one. it's a fucking NFL game

if 1 game out of 10 is fixed, it's still a hell of a lot more honest than the fucking NBA
