Rack Michigan. This was sack up time. If they don't show up the second half RR may lose this team. Instead they rally furiously and win a classic. The defense is as advertised. The offense needs to take care of the damn ball. As bad as I felt in the first half, I feel incredible after the comeback win. Could be the beer.

It's a good character win but it would great to see them put together a complete game next week against the Illini.
Been a great week for football up here...Millen being fired and a great comeback win for the Wolverines.

Great game.
In fact, Wisconsin's meltdown notwithstanding, this is the kind of game that could turn Michigan's program around, big-time.
Fucking Wisconsin. :x
Rack Michigan.

Tonight will be Penn State's first big test for sure...
Ohio State could still be the best team in the conference. They're stronger with Pryor as the QB and Wells ran pretty strong today. I think there is some balance in this conference but it's just a product of a having a bunch of decent teams with no team anyone would consider among the nation's elite.

Tough October ahead for the Wolverines...games with Illinois, Penn State and Michigan State with that non-conference tilt with Toledo sandwiched in there. A 2-2 record in that stretch would make me happy but with three of those games at home, I think 3-1 is a possibility.

Props to Michigan for gutting that one out, would have been easy to mail it in down 19-0 at the half. Badgers probably should have been up 27-0 at least, but settled for field goals way too many times. At least this will put an end to the talk of them running the table.
The Badger passing game is brutal. Evridge is mediocre at best, his young wide receivers drop too many passes, and the top two tight ends are injured.
And why did we not see John Clay in the second half? He gashed the Wolverine D for a 50 yard run, then a 5 yard TD, and he’s done for the day? Going back to the Alvarez days the Badger coaching staff has always been extremely loyal to their upperclassmen, perhaps to a fault. I’m beginning to believe that they don’t want the fans to see how good Clay really is because he could put a two-year starter on the bench.
I said going into this game that this was a game the Badgers should win and had to win, and that if they won they could wind up a one-loss team. Lose, and they’re a 4-loss team minimum. Ohio State is going to be a struggle and I don’t see them beating Penn State.
And props again to Big Blue. They’re not there yet, but having them be a good football team is good for the Big 10.
