Only McDonalds breakfast I can tolerate is their steak-egg-n-cheese bagel. Not bad.

Food from Mickey D's is bad...but in a pinch, it works.

Coffee from Mickey D's - unacceptable under any circumstances.

The next time I order steak from a fast food restaurant will be never. The coffee, I can tolerate.

Not sure what it's like in the NE, but round these parts, the odds of the person taking your order at a fast food place having any sort of command of the English langi=uage is firmly entrenched at 0.0%.
