If you were actually literate, you'd understand that 30+ years of rooting for the same teams is the antithesis of "bandwagoning."
Dumbfuck.
But please, feel free to explain how someone "bandwagons" a team that's lucky to win 3 fucking games in recent seasons... should be a good explaination, full of literary gems.

Yes, I do.
When they were 4-8, you bailed.
Don't come in here now saying how you were behind them all the way.
The very minute they lose, you'll abandon ship like a rat.
You're no fan. Quit pretending. Mikey is more a Chargerfan than you are, and he'd sooner eat a spinach sammitch than go to a Chargers game.

Bolts win this one comfortably.
In their history, SD is 3-4 when traveling east for an outdoor playoff game.
The Bolts managed to put up 17 pts at home v. the Clots.
10 pts on the road (in the cold) v. the #1 ranked defense in the league sounds about right to me.
Good luck watching your defense keep Pitty under 10.

I've no need to post a link, even though I could.
I saw how you bailed, and I saw what a wannabe "fan" you are.

Yes he is, idiot. Sacks have jack fucking shit to do with mobility.
If anything, the "elusive" targets take more sacks than "immobile" pocket passers. If you know anything at all about the game, you will understand why.
Dan Marino was one of the most difficult QBs to sack as is Peyton Manning and neither one of them will ever be described as elusive.
oxymoron much??
Main Entry: elu·sive
Function: adjective
Pronunciation: e-'lü-siv, -'lü-ziv
: tending to elude: as a : tending to evade grasp or pursuit
...so you're telling me that a QB that was sacked 47 times (not elusive because he was CAUGHT
behind the LOS...AND led the league in fumbles is elusive...ok
If he was so elusive, he would not have been CAUGHT (if he was elusive he would have
evaded grasp and not been sacked 47 times. If he was elusive he would not have led the league in fumbles because he would not have been CAUGHT.
I suppose you're gonna tell me he doesn't hold on to the ball too long in the pocket. You better check with Steeler fan and see what the consensus is.
Marino and Manning being slugs with quick releases doesn't equate to Ben being Fran Tarkenton THIS weekend.
Spin it, name cal, whatever...dude you're not only FOS, you're wrong!
They actually do better with Leftwich at the helm.

No oxymoron. You just don't know what the fuck you're talking about. It's abundantly clear that you don't watch any football. At best, you stare vacantly at the screen while the drool puddles in your lap.
Vick was sacked 187 times in 74 games. That works out to an average of 40 sacks for every 16 games. Yet, in your profound ignorance, you would idiotically proclaim him a stationary target by your criteria.
You lose.
...no, no I wouldn't proclaim Vick a stationary target, I would proclaim YOU ignorant for missing the point and trying to spin your way out. Because of all the obvious reasons, i.e. concussion, seperated shoulder, time off, Ben will not be an elusive target THIS Sunday.

Randall Cunningham was the 2nd most sacked QB in NFL history. Ask Carl Banks if he thought RC was a traditional pocket passer or what one would call an "elusive" QB.
I'll hang up and listen to your answer Mike.

.....my answer is....THIS week, due to injuries, "I think Rothlessburger will be a stationary target and I look for the Bolt defense to put a pounding on him."

And the obvious answer to remedy that is to put Dennis Dixon in at QB... only he has the tools to avoid the crushing blitz that Igor is going to bring with a bigness.

I doubt there's too many people who list his brain as one of Big Ben's greatest assets.

...my scans and x-rays have been posted previously, and I did hit pretty hard. Nontheless, I'd say my brain is no more scrambled than Big Bens, so I've got that going for me.

I know...this reads about the same for every player in the league about this time of year..but he's your QB and you're the coach what do you tell him?

Actually they put up 23 points.
They put up 17 in 4 quarters of play.

mvscal wrote:I tell him to play his game and, if he can't, I start his backup. Pretty simple really. Standing in the pocket isn't any safer than running around.
The other key for Ben is getting practice time. The weeks before his two worst games this season, he never practiced. After the Colts game, Tomlin started mandating that Ben practice in order to play that Sunday. Since then Ben has thrown for 7 TDs and only 4 INTs in 7 games. Not bad numbers considering the quality of defenses he faced in those games.

Bolts win this one comfortably.
Only 4 'comfortable' wins all year......and 2 were against the horrible Raiders and Broncos.
I think we can win this weekend, but I fully expect a few more grey hairs before the end of the game.
C'mon Chargers.....prove me wrong and get up big, early
