I’m sure there are no fat people in Michigan, though. Madison is not terribly representative of Wisconsin as a whole. It’s been described as 40 square miles surrounded by reality, and the Moscow of the Midwest. It is a fairly liberal city, very professional, and probably more health conscious than the rest of the state. But feel free to cling to your stereotypes of us all being fat. It helps fuel Screwball’s fantasy that he could actually fit in here.
