To answer your next question, no, he did not send it. No big deal, I was just going to give it away at a 'white elephant' Christmas party.

Count me in the group that thinks .m2 isn't a troll, only beacuse he sent me a PM a few years back when the Ren fair was going on in KC - wanting me to come out and see his booth. I'm not really a ren fair type, but he knew some of the local spots out in Overland Park - near where they hold the thing. Gave him some other spots to go check out. Of course this was also well before he went bat shit crazy on these boards and became a meme.
