The Texas O is running scared. They're calling a defensive game now, because the OU front seven is just beating the hell out of their O-line.

At least on this side of the ball this game looks like any OU-Baylor game so far.

OU opens up again with a first down pass. OU needs to figure out how to do this once they're in Texas territory.

Both running games are so anemic right now that the D's are pinning their ears back and jumping the receivers.

This is beginning to look like an SEC game, with inept offenses getting killed by far superior D's.

'I bet the USC-ND game won't look much like this,' is the thought that just ran through my mind during the commercial break.

Hmmmm, the ribs in that commercial are making me hungry...

I fear that my local pizza place will be getting a call for a delivery here sometime today.

I'm jealous.

Bob Gregory hasn't seen a 3rd and long where he didn't think rushing only 3 guys was the best bet. He single handily killed Cal's season this year.

Jesus, OU had nine guys at the line of scrimmage for that first Texas play!

Texas has one on one coverage for McCoy to pick apart, and they're not even trying to do anything with it. Texas is still running scared.

I don't think I've ever seen a Texas O dominated like it's been dominated so far today.

21 total yards, midway through the second quarter.

That's kinda hard to do... when you're on your back.

And yet they're still only down 6. One flukey TD comes, they're winning.

OU's O, you gotta step up here and help your D. At least make it a two score game.

Texas is playing with zero confidence, McCoy is not very good right now and worst of all our oline is being absolutely de-pants right now.

It's a shock to the system when you actually are being defended...Texas has had a pretty easy time in the first 5 games.

It's amazing how OU opens every drive with an easy first down pass play, but then they can't sustain it.

Damn, Williams just went down. That's gonna be huge if he doesn't come back.

OU is a freaking MASH unit today.

OU assfucks their drives every time they try to change things up by going with a running play. They're moving the ball through the air then, boom, they run a slow developing sweep play for a three yard loss and suddenly it's second or third and long and the Texas D locks them up.

Trent Williams, OU's best remaining offensive player, just went down with an injury.

Christ, OU, I feel for ya'.

If they actually pull it out playing like this, they should still drop to 5 or 6.

Texas=not that impressive.

So far this game is par for the course. Texas has played this way the first half over just about every game this year.

it's hard watching your team play this game (and Miami for that matter) with the B team out there. half-strength is no way to play this one.

The officiating is horrible today but OU can't let the bad calls get into their heads...this is their game right now.

I haven't seen playcalling this bad since I flipped over from the Ohio State-Purdue game.

Purdue up at the half 9-7. lol. They couldn't move the ball on an empty field and they're winning...

Last night during Pick 'Em chat I predicted OU would dominate the first half, but not do enough with that dominance, then Texas would dominate the second half and win going away.

So far I'm looking pretty solid with that prediction. Problem is, Texas has given me no reason to believe they'll be able to do anything offensively in the second half, and Shipley doesn't look like he's even going to be allowed to breathe this game, much less dominate it with big plays.

The utter inability of Texas to run the ball is making this game too easy for the OU D. No offensive balance at all.

That's a fumble. The Texas guy fumbled it through the end zone for a touchback. The only question is whether the OU guy was touching the line when he first touched the ball.

Regardless, it's going to be no TD, and OU ball.
