Moron - the "whole point" of a boob job is not to avoid the use of a bra. Rather, the "whole point" is to have more attractive milkers.
If the primary goal was to shuck the bra forever, then just get the boobs hacked off entirely.

The saggiest milkers on earth can look good in the bras they have today. I just don't get her decision to wear a bra in that shoot, especially when the shirt is not big enough to cover it.
