What upsets me about all these shit ass "hoods", whether they be black, white, brown, whatevs....is that, the city doesn't BUILD "projects".
Low income, sure, but these fuckstains can tear the piss out of a brand new neighborhood in no time flat, even when it's built to keep "they baby mama", their "mamasitas", or their "old ladies" off the pavement for a few years.
