I'll go with Wyoming for two reasons - home field & altitude. Temple won't even know how to piss in a high altitude situation, much less play in it.

I'll go with Wyoming for the same reason. Btw, I'm not quite sure why Temple wound up here, when the Military Bowl had two bids open and was in pretty close proximity to Temple.
