Yep. They also tend to stay out late at night on social events, until about 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. on a weekday night.

I also noticed that cars tend to be much smaller in Europe than in America, although this is at least partially of necessity. Roads are also much narrower there, since most roads there are built over pedestrian pathways that existed for thousands of years before the automobile arrived.
