I'd like to thank the principal for educating these young adults as to what happens when you let thumpers hold positions of power.

Does he actually hold his father in some sort of esteem?Mikey wrote:Left Seater wrote:

Not only that,
"Our President is trapped in his father's time machine. Incredibly, the U.S. is being ruled according to the dreams of a Luo tribesman of the 1950s. This philandering, inebriated African socialist, who raged against the world for denying him the realization of his anticolonial ambitions, is now setting the nation's agenda through the reincarnation of his dreams in his son. The son makes it happen, but he candidly admits he is only living out his father's dream. The invisible father provides the inspiration, and the son dutifully gets the job done. America today is governed by a ghost."
Sorry, I guess i'm in the wrong topic...
Please, you're just a partisan hack. There's plenty to criticize Obama over, but public speaking isn't one of them. I actually thought that was part of the "all style, no substance" criticisms you whiners are fond of. All setting up nicely for the BlameLeft Seater wrote: Hardly. He does weird things with meter. I defend Obama at every turn? And please, who exactly was this exchange referencing other than the guy who said you didn't build that:Left Seater wrote: Talk about partisan hacks and defending Obama at every turn. I didn't bring him or his public speaking up. I have also never mentioned style over substance. Rather I pointed out he is difficult to listen to and gave Bubba credit as the best Pres public speaker since I was in jr high and paying attention to such things. Granted dude has gotten better, but surely you remember CNN cracking on him early on as Pres with his inability to function without the TelePrompTer, or his ahhh, ummmmm, errrrrrr mumbles anytime someone asked him a question.
