Most of the main actors are still alive. Only four have died.

Jack Soo (Yemana) died during the series' run. James Gregory (Luger) has passed but lived to be 90 (Vigoda currently is 91). The ones that predeceased Vigoda who are surprising are Steve Landesberg (Dietrich) and Ron Carey (Levitt). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barney_Miller#Cast
