More from Ottawa. The Canadian Firefighters Memorial and some shots of the Ottawa River on the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway. We had lunch at a place called the Boathouse on the river. ImageImageImageImageImage

Some nice stuff. I haven't been to Ottawa in years never knew there was that Terry Fox memorial. Did you get a chance to handle some of that plastic Canadian money?

The only plastic used was our credit cards. Even the parking garage took credit cards. If we had been staying overnight, we would have exchanged some funds.

The last few from Parliament Hill. In order: Parliament, the Centennial Flame, a statue honouring Henry Harper who, despite not knowing how to swim, jumped into the Ottawa River to save a young lady. They dressed him as Sir Galahad.

The last two picture of sunrise at camp and the Thousand Islands Bridge from a place called Collins Landing.ImageImageImageImageImage

Always fun to get away, but nothing beats being back in your own sack at home. Thanks for the photos Bri.
