As far as state and local taxes go, I think these taxes should be limited to certain products and/or services.
Spending needs to be cut.

This is why we get so little done. Instead of starting with something across the board, you want to take it further for something you disagree with. You want 60% cuts to the military, then next guy will say the same for welfare, someone else will say 60% for green energy subsidies, etc etc.
