No men should be allowed to vote on the topic of abortion.
That’s a funny thing to say because it was a group of nine men who voted to make abortion legal. Oh. You forgot about that, did ya?
Who do you think made it illegal in the first place?

So, to be clear, you think Roe vs Wade should not have been adjudicated from the bench because those judges were men. That is, after all, what you explicitly said. However, in order to give you another opportunity to clarify your position, can you give us an example of something a woman should never be allowed to vote on?

Women and men. Killing one’s own child was so universally abhorrent that it was understood to be a detestable act wherein the pregnant woman who sought an abortion would seek out a practitioner of occultism for the herbs necessary to kill the baby within her. Sometimes that person was a midwife, sometimes it was someone known or thought to be a witch.

Would you care to answer the question?

I just did. You asked who made it illegal in the first place and I responded with an accurate answer. “In the first place” means just that. If you want to know about some other point in time or in the US’ history, then ask. But I answered the question you asked.

Ahh, the height of irony and obliviousness wherein a law prohibiting the killing of unborn children is worrisome for certain people in that it might cause death.

The data out of Florida shows that the vast majority of women who get abortions use it as birth control, thus negating the abortionists' and Democrats' previously stated intent was to make and keep abortion safe, legal, and
rare, mostly to be used as a fail safe against incest, rape, and birth abnormalities. In roughly 70,000 Florida abortions, over 95% were done electively, that is, with the express purpose of removing the inconvenience of having a child.

The instances of times of getting pregnant from incest, for example, is vanishingly small.

I think you meant to say "All abortions

The woman is intending to control the birth, by making it not happen. Not that you are not also right.
