So Donald wants us to believe that when he sent out his infamous tweet on 9/1, and then later spoke publicly that day, and again said Sweet Home Alabama was in danger, he was basing it on information that was 4 days old.

The FL government folks did what they had to do and spread the alarm. You don’t mess with these things when there is a chance they come close to your residents.

Further the weather guessers are pretty damn good within 48 hours. At 48 hours they have something like a 95% accuracy +/- 35 miles off the center line track. Outside of 48 hours the variables are just too many to overcome. They do a great job for the most part.

The local station in Tampa was showing models last Wednesday (8/28) that showed the Northward turn of Dorian before reaching the FL coast.

Certainly wise to evacuate some areas on the East coast of FL because of storm surge.

1. You posted something that was the projection 6 days before Donald posted on Twitter, and then opened his hole, about Alabama being in danger. He is supposed to be up to speed, no? Why was he giving the public info that was 6 days old?

2. Yesterday the storm was up the east coast of Florida and on its way to the Carolinas. Why on earth was he holding up a graphic of a model from 4 days prior? And why was the model he held up altered by a sharpie so that Alabama was included?
