#1 seed R. Nadal was knocked out in the semis by D. Thiem in a tough 4 setter.
It will be Thiem v. A. Zverev in one semi.
38 year old R. Federer clawed his way through two epic 5 set wars to reach the semis -- where he will square off with N. Djokovic.

I'll go with Djokovic and Thiem.

Djokovic takes Federer out in straight sets.
Thiem and Zverev will square off shortly.
I still very much like Djoker's chances to notch his 17th major.
John McEnroe won 7 majors.

I might take Thiem if this was on clay, but this Aussie hardcourt is perfect for Djoker.

His career was short because of the big power hitters who came in the mid to late 80's.
The new racquet technology literally blew that skinny little cocksucker off the court.
McEnroe had soft girly hands at the net, which made him a great serve and volley specialist.
But, when the hard hitters came along? He got killed.
His BEST year ever was 1984.
Ivan Lendl beat him that very year at the french open.
And that was the very best that McEnroe would ever be.
Lendl took him out.
Sampras, Agassi, Edberg becker,
