DOJ says proper start is 36-47 months, not what original memo suggested. Ultimately, they left the sentencing to the judge, who will make the call regardless what the DOJ says. But you still haven’t answered why you think Roger Stone should do 9 years in the pokey for things that Comey, Clapper and others did while receiving a taxpayer check.

They wanted to give a geriatric man 9 years in prison for telling his friend he'd kidnap his friends dog. A friend these prosecutors said was a witness that was threatened but the witness/friend said that he never was and the dog thing was an ongoing joke. Meanwhile while adam schitt gives a phony reading of a phone call that never happened in front of Congress and still walks free
