For females, Kate Cox being denied a life-saving abortion in Texas. And there's many cases where rapists can successfully gain legal custody of the baby that is the result of a rape.

And just like the current activist makeup of SCOTUS overturned Roe, it shouldn't be long until they take away the rights & privileges of gays/lesbians provided in Obergefell v. Hodges. Tell us, SS....how is the right/privilege to marry the person of our own choosing a "special right?"

178lbs this morning. Need to lose 10lbs of fat and gain 3-5lbs of muscle this spring. I have an ultra marathon in June and another in September. I turn 50 this year so I'm doing a 50 mile and a 50km. Probably do a couple century bike rides in the summer but so far I'm not scheduling any cycling competitions or triathlons.

I highly recommend endurance competition. The goal isn't to win. The goal is to kick your own ass and do things you never thought possible.

Why not. I have to speak at a conference February 14th so I’m motivated to lose a lot in the next 12 days. Had a little setback with a head cold and tweaking my knee during soccer drills with my stepdaughter, so I haven’t been able to do much rowing.

It’s feeling better so this weekend d is going to be pretty strict with a good amount of exercise.
