I'm stunned by the way George is peppering Biden with hard questions. There is a dramatic tonal shift in corporate media happening. It is not normal for ABC to ask hard questions of a democrat politician, especially an incumbent.

Joe sounds lousy in this interview. Not debate bad but very much not good.

Again, Joe just needs more cycles of public appearances. He should be talking to Stephanopoulos every week. The more he bumbles on air, the more normalized and less surprising it will be in the next September debate.

With more cycle time, voters will just grow numb to the fact that his condition doesn’t line up with the requirements of the job, and his poll numbers will climb.

Then, in September, as he carefully sets up Plump for the knockout punch … boom, he calls him a sucker and a loser again, only this time it will resonate like a thematic masterpiece.
