Personally, I think it should remain legal through at least the first trimester. But along with that legality, there should be education and consuling. Adoption should be offered and promoted.

What the rabid pro-abortion types don't want to admit is that woman who do go down that path carry the emotional scars for the rest of their lives. It's not the same thing as lancing a boil and pretending it is is doing a disservice to these women.

Assuming these women actually can't whack their kid where they are, they are free to drive/fly/walk to a nearby state to get it done.

Biden had the entire congress for 2 years and even now, a bipartisan majority of people who are pro-abortion on some level.

I happen to think that the conditions that Roe sets are fairly reasonable. Trouble is, the SCOTUS isn't the legislature. It wasn't their fukking job.

The reason they haven't done anything is that they need the issue. Passing a sensible law, as most civilized countries have done, would put it to bed. And we can't have that.

As far as the second, I wouldn't think it would be necessary to point out that the pregnancy of a 10 year old is higher risk than with grown women.
