The whole point of disbanding the cops is because they call what these tards received advanced training. You should hear some of the other lame requirements for “advanced training” in DUI or Drug Intoxication awareness or rape victim awareness and the list goes on. 90% is based on junk science. These pigs call themselves things that they are not CONSTANTLY. Yes they received “advanced training”, but it was all BS just like most of the “training” they receive.

The big problem being ignored here is that police departments like that of Memphis have made a concerted effort to increase "diversity" in their ranks. And of course this necessitates lowering the standards. Previously a Memphis cop was required to at least have an associates degree or 56 credits from a college. This standard has been lowered to simply having five years working experience--at any job. And yes, two of the SCORPION cops in this case had basically no qualifications at all, and were fast tracked onto street duty.

Bottom line, the entire premise of demanding "diversity" is itself a hypocritical and baseless experiment in social engineering--which is harming more than police departments.

We had 6 criminal judges when I was just starting. All exDAs. One literally sleeping with an active DA who he later married and she became a judge and one sleeping with a sheriff and she had to hand out actual flyers in court letting people know they could request a new judge if they thought that made a conflict.

So yeah, they are sleeping with the cops and not just metaphorically.
