Judge was exasperated because the accused didn't have an attorney but he also was not going to represent himself.
I guess I see what folks are talking about. The family in the background represented dominant female energy with no dominant male presence. The young men in attendance followed the women's lead, but were not leading themselves. Notice the aimlessness, the 'ok now what?' of it all in the men's actions.
The judge was female, the woman speaking on behalf of the accused was female. The bailiffs were male, meaning they only had authority through the females.
This wasn't a brawl, it was people acting dramatic with no intention to actually step over the line because that would entail both motive and accountability. Passion, not planning.
So... who gets paid in all this? Because there is a plan to this, just not from the folks in the video.

The multiple looters in the beginning were Mexicans. The most animated looters were children - teen-aged boys - but the vast majority of looters were women. The women in the store had zero sense of danger, urgency or shame. They all had shopping carts, and were shopping without intending to pay.
So...that digs a little deeper into the work boots comment. The children should have been in school, not working. Why aren't the women working? why comment about teen boys, but ignore the many, many, many women caught in that taping stealing?
Why do you choose to steal a work boot comment about school aged black boys; but refuse to comment on the failure of motherhood on display?
Will that be charged off against their reparations?
Those were your people in the beginning, and your women throughout. Why were your women stealing? Why were they not parenting? Why aren't their men providing enough for them that they won't feel the need to steal?

Police said two people were killed and five others wounded in a shooting Wednesday night at a Tennessee restaurant with ties to rapper Yo Gotti.
According to police reports, the shooting happened at Prive restaurant a little after closing. Two male victims were found on the scene. One was pronounced dead, and the other was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
Five others, four men and a woman, arrived at hospitals by private vehicles. The men were ages 37, 35, 31 and 30. The woman was 25 years old. Officials said the shooting stemmed from an altercation inside the restaurant.
A pickup truck at the scene appeared to have a large bullet hole in the driver’s side window.
The restaurant, which rapper Yo Gotti — whose real name Mario Sentell Giden Mims — purchased for his mother, was roped off by police, but people could be seen stopping by, including some who were crying.
Arthur Horne, the owners’ lawyer, said they are devastated.

He was guilty of soliciting a prostitute and possibly a statutory rape charge, although the age of consent in MN is 16. These are state level offenses. The fed trafficking charge seems a bit of a stretch. He was certainly a "John", but I see no evidence of him being the pimp.
He's a sleazebag for sure and I'll shed no tears for him, but lets face it, if this dude had no obvious political ties, he'd have never come under the fed sex crime radar.
And that sheboon is being charged with assualt. But not a "hate crime, " as would be the case if the situation was reversed. :doh:
I'd let this one go as a criminal charge unless we want to start criminally charging every fight that occurs on the court. Does it really matter if it is before or after the buzzer?
I do think she should lose her scholarship....if she even had one.

After watching it again, a little more closely, I change my mind. The girl who got punched was clearly walking away. This is different than if they were nose to nose yelling at one another. It is assault. She should have that on her record. Pay a small fine, maybe a few hours of public service.
