Without the means to keep up the home, nor the incentive to do so because of the manner in which it was acquired, the only problem solved is the temporary issue of where does the homeless person sleep if not at a shelter? But because of the circumstances of their plight in life, the house quickly becomes a blight in the neighborhood.
