My new favorite commercial. It's for a local distillery (haven't had the Barrel Hitch but Eastside makes some good shit).

I saw one that was very similar recently, forgot what channel it was on.
A clear ripoff from the Carl's Jr. marketing genre, which is not a bad thing. More advertisers should follow suit.

It appeared to me be a clear ripoff of the Jim Beam ads.

Maybe it was Jim Beam ads I was thinking of but that is beside the point. The need for more scantly clad hotties in provocative poses is the important issue here.

That's because you aren't smart enough to figure it out.

Nice sense of humor, pedo. Obviously, if you had actually posted a rank 'em thread, it would look something like this:

One more reason our country is fucked. These kids show organizational skills, leadership, teamwork and initiative and they get sacked for it.
And not one of the comments I saw even mentions that. Fucking tards.

So that's what you get out of that? I get a bunch of insubordinate tards who don't know how to follow direction. Fuck 'em.

It absolutely is reality. That doesn't make it right. They were sacked not because they did anything wrong. They were sacked because management is a bunch of scared assholes who are only looking to protect their precious positions and feel theatened by people who take the initiative to actually do something besides say "yes yes yes, whatever you say boss."
We are well and truly fucked.

What if they spent company time putting that together? I get what you are saying, I just don't agree.

Then they should be sacked, but they were interns so not much of a chance they were wasting company time.
I can tell you don't agree, that makes you part of the problem.

You run a business, correct? Who would you rather have? Interns who are focused on learning and contributing to your business, or interns who are more concerned about the fucking dress code? That's the beauty of interns. There are a billion of them, so if you get a bad bunch, you can shitcan them, teach them a valuable lesson and at the same time, hire new ones!
How do you know they weren't paid interns?

We argee they should be let go if they were fucking off (posting on T1B) instead of interning.
You can easily teach command structure. What you can't teach easily is organization, leadership and initiative nor can you manufacturer team chemistry. There are a lot better ways to handle this from a management standpoint, if the manger isn't a paninoid sniffling ass.
The only person who should have been sacked was the douche who didn't sign.

The most amusing thing is that mvscal posted stiff dick in the thread title, when the story has nothing at all to do with dick.
Make what you will of that.
I have.

They weren't there to organize the fukking sordid clambake. They were there to learn how it works. Learning leadership starts with learning how to follow. They used valuable time that should have been learning the business, doing something else. In other words they were fukking off. So as mvscal said, the got the big stiff one. Sideways.

They were fucking off, idiot. Their only mission was to shut the fuck up and learn the trade. Instead they were circulating a petition about the dress code even after they were told the topic was off the table.

Nothing to see here.
