There is a lot more to it than just "checking it out properly." It would have to be extensively refitted for service. Communications, ECM etc. Assuming, of course, that it even happens at all. It could very easily be Trump giving Boeing a richly deserved kick in the dick with side dose of watching morons like Roux and Mikey shit themselves...again.
