..I see a lot of negative comments here...what up Chiefan?

WTF?

Hali has more upside than Lawson?

2 Major Chief trends should have told us this was coming - The Chiefs love Penn Staters and they Love Nigerians.

I didn't see Hali so no clue if he's worth a # 1.
He was a first team All American, BFD.

Any Big 10 Fans seen him?

I think the Niners take Lawson at #22.

My wife is a Penn State Alumni... so I watched a good number of the games with her. I was never overly impressed with him. I put him in the middle of the second round...

He could of been had in the 3rd round easy.

Chiefs really fucked up with this one.

I second that.. no way was Hali was 3rd rounder... He is a high 2. I do think the Chefs went a little high on him- but not THAT bad.

Funniest moment so far: Berman begins his interview with Sperm Edwards and the crowd erupts into a frenzy of booing. Looked like it threw both of them for a moment...

So 15 of the first 22 selections are on defense. Is there anything to read from this 2 to 1 ratio, like the upper eschelon of talent in the college game is dominated by that side of the ball, or maybe def. players can get on the field more readily with impact, leading to a common drafting strategy? Or do all of the picks just merely reflect the immediate needs of the teams, and that there's no overall connection?

We're not talking abotu the Niner's- we're talking about fuckhead and his shit takes he has been polluting the board with. But yeah- the Niner's addressed two big needs. Picking that #22 from Denver helped them

Hey, this is what you missed out on... for a Nigerian

Defensive end Manny Lawson recorded a 45-inch vertical jump at the Day of Champions. In this picture, Lawson is at the top of the backboard and still rising. He's not your typical defensive lineman.

Enjoy your 3rd rounder... from someone that actually watches College Football.

Wimbley was on the board when I posted that. Don't know much about Maroney however it was one of a few needs for the Pats. Hopefully we can address the WR/LB/DB needs with the other 10 picks we have. Look for the Pats to move up in the 2nd and 3rd rounds for quality. Anyone seen Maroney?
