I've been trying to the Bucks the benefit of the doubt here but time is their worst enemy and Florida is by far the most athletic team in the country on both sides of the ball. They look like Miami and Florida State back in their glory days.

There was a report on tv down here a few months ago or so that claimed the criticisms stemmed from the color of his skin.

That's pretty sad race is still being brought up with anyone right now.

I can't remember who the reporter was (someone from JAX I think), but this apparently began during his recruitment by Zook.

Lie much? Mine was the third post in the thread. Maybe you ought to try reading and maybe thinking for, oh 20 seconds, before spouting more stupidity.

You're getting to be hilariously predictable.

Unlike your glass-dicked responses?

You're clowning worse by the minute-btw.
Whatever. And you've got an obvious problem trying to muster up even a gram of originality.

Let me point out something that you might want to keep in mind:

Quality vs. quantity.

You've got plenty of the latter and none at all of the former.

Are we ever going to get to the point where we just see someone on TV and just take them for what they are and not say "he's a good QB for a black guy" or something about singling out someone for their race.

Can't believe I'd see your Bucks get humbled but gotta give it to Urban and his crew...just too much for them tonight. Wish they at least still had Ginn at their disposal.

Well, you're talking about a Southern school with a good ole boy donor base, so what else do you expect?

I wasn't pulling for you guys tonight but I definitely expect more from you...that kickoff return was just fool's gold, I guess. 31-7 since the opening kickoff...it's stunning to say the least.

Has anyone brought up the fact yet that college football D I-A is an abortion? That's the real issue at stake here tonight.

Florida (12-1) plays Boise St (13-0) for the title next Saturday or Sunday for the title? Let me know. Thanks!

Sure, you picked Florida but that's just like saying heads or tails and it happens to come up the way you predicted. Did you really put any thought into that or just pick a side?

Yeah...I'd certainly rather have an outright title and not a shared and disputed title like the one in '97. It really doesn't count to me...when another team has can say they're national champs at the same time, can't take too much pride in your half of the crown. Have it be undisputed or nothing...that shared stuff sucks.

Maybe they should give you 20 points for a 70+ yard field goal. Kinda like the three point line of CFB. :faggywinkywinky:

Michigan and Ohio State would be lucky to be in 3rd and 4th place in the Pac 10.

This is a joke.

What does that have to do with anything? You're conference was just as top heavy as the Big Ten was...a few quality teams at the top with a bunch of mediocre and bad teams after that. The Pac-10 and Big Ten aren't shit. The SEC was by far the best league this year.

Total collapse: offense, defense, coaching.

Worst defeat in the Tressel era. Buckeyes left their best game back home.

Where did I ever say "You think Boise would hang with Ohio St?" in this thread, or at all?

Boise had a great season no doubt, but you're going to have to question their strength of schedule (100 out of 119). Do you think they would have went through undefeated playing the schedules that UF, USC, Ohio State and Michigan did? They'd be lucky to not have more than 3 losses.

I'm all for a playoff, but 16 teams is too many. You'd have teams in that field that would have at least 2 losses on their resume and those teams should not have the opportunity to all of the sudden have the ability to turn it on over a 3 to 4 week period when they couldn't do it during a 12 to 13 week period.

Considering he doesn't have many defeats as their coach, I think this is their worst loss by light years.

Yeah, but we weren't ranked top 1 and 2 in the country... and didn't cry like Michigan when we didn't get to play in the MNC game.

Psst... look at what the top Pac 10 teams did to the best of the Big 12 and Big 10, not to mention another team from the west did to Oklahoma.

51 days is a long layoff but it's not like Florida just played last week. This isn't the first time Tressel has had to prepare his guys for a game in early January after a long layoff after the Michigan game. I definitely expected more out of a Tressel-coached team...no matter how long the layoff was.

You beat a 3-loss Texas A&M team...hate to break it to you but you're supposed to be them. I wouldn't call the Aggies the best of the Big 12.

Who was crying about Michigan? Maybe some of the fans...that wasn't expected?

Cal beat a team that finished 3rd in the Big XII South. I wouldn't call that beating the best of the BigXII.

Sin,

88, sorry to see your boys getting waxed like this. No way anyone would have predicted a 41-14 blowout favoring UF. Two-month layoffs sure are great for the game.

That' because you don't know shit about College Football.

The Aggie's lost 3 games by a total of 6 points.

... and beat the MNC's in their own house to end the regular season!

Moral Victories are a big deal at schools who get bitched slapped when they step up and play against the big boys. The Aggieswere still 5-3 in the Big XII. They lost to NU, OU and Tech and beat Texas with a wounded QB. Last year has nothing to do with the game that was played in November but if you need this to make you feel good about Cal then so be it.

Did they beat Texas with Vince Young? They beat the team that won the title last year but didn't beat the same team that won the national title.
