Leave it to Chargertard...

How is missing the playoffs in week 17 the same as being "in the cellar"?

Oh, that's right -- it's Chargertard... due to years of a deep sense of denial, they don't even know what the phrase "in the cellar" even means.

And the #1 pick, Mr. Smith, won't suprise anyone with a Pro Bowl appearance this season.

Do you actually stay awake at night trying to raise/lower the bar on Chargerfan stupidity, or does it really come that easily for you?

True. Between 2001 and 2003 he was a below average QB. After that he morphed into an above average one.
He didn't morph into anything. The O line did the morphing.
Sure, coaching made a huge difference with the O line, but when the Chargers drafted Philip Rivers, Brees has admitted that he totally re-dedicated himself and prepared for that season and dedicated himself to football like he never had before. And he's been playing on completely another level ever since.

BTW, anyone who calls Brees above average is retarded.

BSmack, Roethlisberger may have hoisted a trophy, but the biggest pass of that game was thrown by a wide receiver, so you'll pardon me if I don't commission his bust for the HOF just yet.

I am surprised his teammates actually let him touch it... with all the effort he put into trying to lose that game and all.

Fine, call him well above average. For now at least.

Nobody is reserving a spot in Canton just yet. Just responding to Trev's "where was your guy smack" with a healthy dose of :bode:

The question posed was, "where was your QB last year?"

Your answer should have been -- sitting on his ass after week 17 because he led the NFL in interceptions.

Ah, BSmack, we were talking about last year, try to follow along. How was your QB last year??

Ben had a lucky one a few back, with a very good team and won a SB. He's now on the downslide and likely won't happen again. Hate to break it to you buddy. His brain has been damaged (his own stupidity), he lost the best coach he'll ever have, he's not a team player, he's kinda clutsy and he's no hall of famer. He's not half as smart as Drew Brees.

Thanks for the laugh though.

I know he completed a couple TD passes in the Raider game.
