He wasn't there either, idiot.
And you were?
What reason would anyone have to take what
you say happened, as opposed to the D.A. who fully investigated?
Is there any reason to believe your conclusion over that of the D.A.?
Bizarro World.

Aren't you the religious freak that believes a JEW is your savior....

The dread head.. was a rabbi.

Who cares about his state of mind? Who cares about a civil suit? Who cares about charges being pressed? Based upon the agreed upon "story" by Cable and his assistants:
"Cable became angry and rushed toward Hanson, but Washington stepped between the two. Cable ran into Washington, who bumped into Hanson and knocked him out of his chair."
Cable's actions CAUSED injuries ---> Agree or disagree? Yes/No?

It sure
sounds like it's possible that he did.
But we don't know what went on in the room, ucant.
You can't accurately judge it unless you get to the specifics of the incident.
That's why I'll withhold judgement until such time as Hanson takes it to civil court ... if he does.
If he doesn't, it's my assumption that Cable did not cause the injuries.

Yes, Wagon, of course a civil suit.
Um... no.
only ambulance chasing lawyers and faggots file civil suits for a one time pay day. settled out of court, of course.
Not coaches who would like to have a future in the NFL.

Uhm, whatever dude...
The thing about getting piled on by numerous posters is that you can't keep your story straight. You say to mvscal that Cable didn't INTEND to injure Hanson and then you tell me that Cable's actions didn't hurt Hanson.
Well, tard... which is it? Or... not.

Wagon, if Hanson knows that Cable caused his injuries, medical trouble, financial loss, and hardship, and Cable didn't offer to make compensation for it, he MUST take the matter to civil court.
You wouldn't?? lol
Why not?
You like getting you @ss kicked and taking serious loss because of it?
Ucan't, the D.A. is the guy who said it is his finding that Cable did not threaten Hanson or intend to inflict injury.
I'm just here to tell you what the finding is.
I don't know if Cable's actions caused the injuries to Hanson or not.
I think it sounds like it's a possibility.
On the other hand, we are told by the D.A. that Hanson was leaning back in his chair ... with his feet up on the table.
I think we were all told in 1st grade not to lean back in our chair, as being in such a position may lead to us going DOWN and being hurt.
So let's not only lean back in our chair, but let's also put our feet up on the table.
And then let's SIGNIFICANTLY delay taking the matter to the police after we go BOOM.
And then let's provide conflicting testimony to the D.A. as he investigates the incident, such to the point that the D.A. says that your version of what happened just is NOT CREDIBLE.
Hey, maybe Cable caused the injuries.
I have my doubts.
Let's see Hanson nut up and prove it in court.
That'll be just fine.

I can safely say that I could give a fuck about the verdict either way.
You don't get it. You'll never get it. Good bye, dumbfuck.

Of course I get it.
You said Cable caused the injuries, even though no charges were brought.
Due process, much?
I said we have to wait and see if it can be proven in court, and if Hanson doesn't bring charges, I assume Cable to be not guilty.
So now we'll see, dumbfuck.
