I could see Cal winning this game in O.T.

Best gets his fourth TD.

Minny needs to answer, and get this thing to O.T.

Hey, it could happen, but what in god's name has Washington done to prove to you it will happen?

i get called a sandbagger all the time against Texas by my buddies. no way.
This one has all the hallmarks of being the game USC seems to have most years, where they lose to someone they shouldn't. USC typically never plays well in Seattle, and coming off the draining OSU game, yeah, I can see USC laying an egg here.

I expect them to win ugly.

This one isn't over, not as long as Minny stops them here. Give up a score here though, yeah, piss on the fire.

3rd and long. Huge play here for Minny's D. If I'm Cal I run a screen.

i respect your sense of your team's ebb and flow. i pretty much called OU's lost to CU in 07. week before Texas. now when OU was up two scores, that took some special fuck up and not the play of Colorado's earnest types. my team has had some psychological frailty that makes them suck sometimes.

Cal has to go for it here, obviously.

Damn, nice play call.

No way they don't pick this up here.

Got it. Minny still has to keep them off the board this drive. Still plenty of time left.

Problem is, their O will probably throw another pick to end it, even if they do hold Cal here.

That's no catch.

that catch wins the game. it's a great catch and my hat is off to the player. and assures Cal is the best team ever.

edit: maybe not.

After looking at a second time, he caught it and took a step, and he didn't lose it until he hit the ground. Good call.

Unless Cal somehow turns it over here or otherwise comes up empty, that should be the ballgame.

For the record, If I had a Heisman vote I'd take Best over Tebow...so far.

Best is dominant. Tebow is probably only the tenth best player on his own team.

Ummm, no, Spielman, Cal cannot "match USC, athlete for athlete."

They can at a few positions, but over the entire 22 man team and the entire roster, no, they can't. USC's roster will end up with many more NFL players than Cal's.
