INCREDIBLY bad tackling. Holy crap. Never seen anything like this. This is the worst I've ever seen a USC D look, by far. They're not keeping their eyes up, and they're not wrapping up. They're assuming everything.

Ball game. That was the final coffin in the nail.
41-20, Oregon.
The day has finally arrived. USC's reign in the Pac 10 is over, and Oregon is a very worthy successor.
Just stay healthy, Oregon, and run the table. I'll be hoping for fortune to go your way, and find your way into the title game. If not, and if you guys can keep playing like this, you're going to represent the Pac 10 very well in the Rose Bowl.
Just stay healthy. I don't know if you have enough D to beat Florida, but your offense is unstoppable now.

You said the game would be decided up front, and you were right. USC is getting their asses handed to them.
Yep.
The USC O-line has done their job, but the USC D-line has been completely annihilated. The entire USC D, too. Annihilated.

They may put up more points on SuC than they did against Cal....
.... and Cal quit in the first quarter.

Tonight, in Autzen, Oregon would score on anybody, and that includes any SEC team. I don't know if Oregon's D would do enough to beat Florida, but the Oregon O would get their points.
Oregon in Autzen is just a real bitch, when they've got a healthy QB and their offense is in synch.
No idea whether Oregon will play like this on a neutral field...in a BCS bowl game...after a long layoff...but in Autzen they're a stone cold bitch.

Masoli still in the game up 21, if this Trojan defense has any heart or pride they see to it that cocksucker is carried off the field on a stretcher. Maybe now Carroll will get some real defensive coach help, Seto is a fucking clown and is out coached week after week

It's good to see Oregon finally get a PAC 10 title like Cal... during the Carroll era.
Of course, Oregon going against Pete Carroll.... is like
Northern California vs. Northern California.

And we see SC exposed. That #5 ranking...ooops! The sad part is that that #5 ranking was unjustified before this and the same idiots that blindly vote SEC teams into the top 5 because, well, they're an SEC game kept voting SC into the top 10.
And how that effort to rehabilitate that piece of shit Blount? Herb going oof about Oregon's coach looking out for the kid's future by not kicking him off the team?? Fuck off!

Cal has only clown stomped Oregon.... 4 out of the last 6 years.
Cal (the top scoring offense in the PAC 10) would beat LSU by around 5 tds.

And to JMak -- I still think USC belongs in the top 5-7.
Thay haven't sucked -- played very well.
The nation is still stuck on the Boise Beatdown, and isn't seeing reality -- Oregon would trash the SEC's elite, as would USC.

Yep, he's still in the game and about to put them up by 28, I think. Where's that SoCalTrjn philosophy that if you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch? That only applies when your team is winning? Besides, the USC defense would have to actually tackle him before they could hurt him.
hit him late, hit him out of bounds if he is there best weapon he has to be taken out, if you cant do it legally, then do it illegally, Ill gladly trade a 15 yard penatly for a blown out Masoli knee

Nah...losing WSU should have removed them from top ten consideration. Losing tonight definitely should drop them out of the top ten. They played well against OSU, scabbed against WSU and ND, and got completely worked tonight. I already thought the human polls were pathetic but if the BCS keeps USC in the top ten, well, the rest of the nation should see it, too.

No, USC isn't a top 5-7 team....not even top 10. They've got two losses and got totally embarrassed tonight because their defense absolutely sucks....and giving up 600+ total yards confirms it. The Boise loss will hold back Oregon but, as you adamently professed a couple of years ago.....the regular season is the playoff and, if you lose, you're done as far as laying any claim to being in the NC game. It's too bad they lost that game because Oregon really does have a hell of a team. Not sure they're better than 'Bama or Florida but they're damn good.

Funny, I thought the same thing after watching Iowa today...thought the same after reading Van's new thread and his comment about USC loising one more and then 50/50 in a bowl. Whatever bowl USC goes to I'll feel fairly confident they'll kill the opponent.

Besides, the last three national champions all lost games during the regular season, yet they still were able to lay claim to the national championship - even despite the fact that there were undefeated teams in each of those same seasons.

The title game is Florida vs Texas, same as it's been all year long; same as it's been since the pre-season.
I said it then, and I'll say it again now: This entire season is just a big exhibition season, with only two games really being of any consequence: The SEC CCG, and the title game between the winner of that game and Texas, at which point Florida will hoist another trophy before #15 ascends to the heavens.

I'd like to take you up on that, moron, but I don't want Iowa to lose a couple of games just so they can play you in a shit bowl.
Whats with the "You" stuff, I dont play for USC. I have heard of people living vicariously through their kids but to call a team of adults that you do not coach or play on "we" or "us" is a level of pathectic eons beyond even people who care if Jon and Kate are cheating on each other or hitting their kids. get a life, if youre not on the coaching staff or the squad, its "them" not "we" or "us"
That being said, if USC can find some heart and pride and finish the season 10-2 they may still get a good bowl game and if they get a shot at Iowa, they beat them by 30
Still a chance to save the weekend, the oldest son is a ball boy for Mission who won 70-7 on Friday, USC played like a bunch of fat chicks tonight but the oldest sons team is playing the last place team in the division int he morning and my younger sons team, that I coach, has a chance to finish another season undefeated and Im going to take out the hate I feel tonight on that other team, if our kids dont win by 50 theyre running 10 miles after the game.

No shit. Toejam is a thin-skinned pussjob. I'm pretty sure I've read posts from him propping teams who keep in their starters and run up the score, buying into the whole "if you don't like it then play defense" line. Now that HIS team is on the receiving end of it, he realizes he doesn't like it so much.
Pussy.

The baseball team I coach doesnt bunt or steal when we get up by more than 10 runs, well one game we continued to steal but that was vs the team witht he board members kids that tried to make us forefeit a game for not shaking their hands when the game was over when my kids stood at the mound for 10 minutes after the game was over before I said "fuck it" and told them to go out to the outfield for the post game talk..

Sorry for the "you" reference when referring to USC. I never assumed, by any stretch of the imagination, that you played for USC, past or present, and did not mean to impune the reputation of USC by even remotely insinuating that they (USC) would have recruited a low functioning piece of shit like you to play football or anything other than maybe being the tard towel boy in the dressing room. My bad if you thought otherwise.

Speaking of living vicariously through your kid......bwahahahahah!
Not living vicariously, Im coaching the team. They won 64-6 giving up a late score on what was a nearly perfect game to cap a perfect 8-0 season.

Wasn't junior high drama at all they tried to get us to forfeit a game for not shaking their hands so when we played them the next time we triple mercied them stealing bases til the game was called after 4 innings and then waited to shake their hands after the umps called it.

They care about it, if they were the type of kids that didnt want to win evry game I wouldnt have drafted them and left them for the division 2 team. they have 1 year in most cases of Pop Warner left then High School. Success is measured in wins and losses, you instill successful attitude in them when theyre young making it the only thing they will accept so when theyre done with sports they can carry that attitude on to be successful at whatever they do.
