Those of you who regularly join me in chat for my Fri & Sat nite shows know I'm a big fan of Anders Osborne, a mainstay of the New Orleans music scene. He's not widely known outside of the Gulf Coast area, and he pretty much prefers to keep it that way, although he has won a couple Grammys for songwriting. Gonna play his new CD, American Patchwork, in its entirety in a few moments, and I invite you to listen in. May make you a big fan as well. Or you may decide he's a talentless hack. Either way, you're welcome to listen & decide for yo' own bad self.

I have caught some of the radio over here and I'm pretty impressed with the selections. You guys do a great job and I look forward to the next time you are on. BSmack puts on some really great stuff as does wolfman.
