Even if we find out today that he was born in Kenya, I don't think that means he is removed from office. It also doesn't mean any legislation is invalidated.

However, we the people deserve to know the truth. I would bet the next years mortgage payments that he claimed foreign birth on plenty of government forms for student aid. And as 88 said this would then lead to additional questions especially regarding the media.

In Barry's case, he admitted prior to the '08 election that his father was Kenyan.
This raises the legit question of whether or not such a person is a natural born citizen.
I believe the Supreme Court had an obligation to address the issue prior to the election -- and they failed.
